From the Bovington Tank Museum:

Some eighteen months in the making, this DVD contains much new footage of ‘Tiger 131’ and a wealth of computer animation, demonstrating some of the complexities of this legendary tank. Veteran interviews from both sides make clear the impact it had in operation.

Director Nick da Costa of Wide Angle, the Museum’s partner in this venture, said; " We were aiming for as authoritative examination as we could get, so spent a lot of time investigating the background to the Tiger and thinking how we could bring this to life on screen. Coming as it does with the Appeal for funds to maintain this historic and unique vehicle, we all feel that the new DVD helps make clear just why ‘131’ is important and the issues associated with maintaining something as complicated as this."

So...Are they ever gonna give that thing back to us or what?

Why should they? It would probably be returned to them like the Churchill bust.
