My Friends Son is in Marine Corps Boot Camp
Here is a video shoot of the platoon done last week. Not too exciting but look at the SIZE of those Drill Instructors! West (bottom row, 4th from left) writes that each one of the four assigned to his platoon are combat veterans and are passing along knowledge about fighting and most importanly, survival that is neither taught in the manuals or tested for evaluation.

My nephew Blake just left for Marine boot camp 2 weeks ago. So far he has had no troubles and has enjoyed his experiences.
